Independent Compatibility Project
HashPower and HashPower OS are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by Canaan or its affiliates. Canaan, Avalon, Avalon Nano 3S, and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible hardware, testing, and recovery information.
Your Hardware, Your Authorization
Install or manage HashPower OS only on hardware you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use the service to access another person's device, evade licensing, interfere with the service, distribute protected keys, or violate applicable law.
Custom Firmware And Tuning Risk
Custom firmware and changes to frequency, voltage, power, or cooling can affect stability, mining time, power use, temperature, hardware life, and manufacturer support. Keep a working recovery path, use suitable power and cooling, monitor the device, and stop if its behavior becomes abnormal. Canaan's current after-sales policy may exclude damage associated with unauthorized or overclocking firmware. See Canaan's current after-sales repair policy.
Results Vary
Hashrate, efficiency, shares, uptime, revenue, and profitability are not guaranteed. Device variation, environment, power delivery, settings, network, pool, and market conditions all affect results. Site figures and telemetry are operational information, not financial, investment, tax, electrical-engineering, or legal advice.
Purchases, Payment Providers, And Device-Bound Access
HashPower OS is sold per supported device and may bind to the first verified device. The exact product total and any HashPower fee are shown before payment. Crypto adds a 3% HashPower Crypto Fee; PayPal adds the displayed flat PayPal fee; Cash App adds no HashPower payment fee. Payment providers, wallets, networks, or funding sources may apply their own charges and terms. Refunds, reversals, disputes, duplicate or mismatched payments, and chargebacks are reviewed under the applicable provider, order, and legal requirements and can pause or revoke the related digital access.
Software, Updates, And Availability
Original HashPower code, modifications, content, artwork, and branding remain with their applicable owners. Third-party software, manufacturer components, protocols, and documentation remain subject to their own licenses and notices. Features, compatibility, updates, and service availability may change. Planned features are not sold or promised until they are explicitly released.
Service Protection
HashPower may reasonably limit or suspend access while investigating fraud, unauthorized sharing, abusive traffic, security incidents, legal requirements, or material operational risk. Where practical, affected legitimate customers will be given a way to contact support and resolve the issue.
As-Is Service And Applicable Rights
To the extent permitted by law, the website, software, firmware, downloads, instructions, and support are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. HashPower is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost mining time, lost revenue, lost data, or hardware damage to the extent the law permits. Consumer rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.
